Apply for Assistance

Select the "Start a new application for" radio button if you are starting a new application. Select the "Login to keep working an application you have already started" radio button to access an application you have already started and saved. Then click NEXT.

You will need your user name and password to access a saved application.

After you have submitted an application, you will not be able to go back and make changes to it.

You can use your User ID and Password to check the application status of a submitted application.

To close this window and return to ConneCT without saving, click the CANCEL & EXIT button.
