Application for Other Benefits

 

If you answered that a person in the household has applied for another benefit, tell us what type of benefit it is.

 

Enter the date the benefit was applied for in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY. Be sure to use slashes (/).

 

Enter the start date of the new benefit and amount, if known.

 

Hit the Add Button if the individual has another source of income that has been applied for.  

 

Then click Next.  If any other member of the household has other income, repeat the steps for that individual.

 

To close this window and return to ConneCT without saving, click the CANCEL & EXIT button.

 

To save your application and return to ConneCT, click the SAVE & EXIT button.
