If you answered that someone in the household is self-employed, then answer these questions.
Select the type of self-employment that the person has. If you cannot find the type of self-employment, select Other.
Enter the start date of self-employment in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY. Be sure to use slashes (/).
Enter the gross amount that the self-employed person earns each month. Gross amount means the amount before deductions, such as business expenses, and taxes are paid out. If the gross amount changes each month, enter an estimate.
Enter the number of hours the self-employed person works each month. If they do not work regular hours, enter an estimate.
To continue, click the NEXT button.
To go back to the prior page, click the PREVIOUS button.
To save the renewal or exit the page, click the SAVE & EXIT button. This takes you to the SAVE and EXIT screen where you have a choice of saving or continuing to work on the renewal.
To close this window and return to ConneCT, click the CANCEL & EXIT button.
