On this page, we're asking about the pending lawsuits that you've told us each person has.

First, we’d like to know the name and address for the Attorney handling the lawsuit.

Next, please tell us the mailing address if it is different from the Attorney’s address.

If someone has other pending lawsuits select the Yes radio button.

To continue, click the NEXT button.

To go back to the prior page, click the PREVIOUS button.

To save the renewal or exit the page, click the SAVE & EXIT button. This takes you to the SAVE and EXIT screen where you have a choice of saving or continuing to work on the renewal.

To close this window and return to ConneCT, click the CANCEL & EXIT button.
