This page lists information about your case with DSS. It gives you the most current information we have on file about the following:
Apply: Click here to start or continue an application for DSS benefits that you may be eligible for.
Take a Survey: Click here to take a survey and describe your experience using the ConneCT Customer Portal.
Application Status: This is a list of all applications that you have currently pending and previously submitted.
Get Documents: This displays details for a specific application submitted. Please select the radio button under View Documents for the application you wish to view.
Announcements: The announcements at the top of the page allow you to keep up to date on news pertaining to your account and DSS offices.
