The FAQs are divided into sections General, Pre-Screening, and MyAccount. You can review the questions at the top of the page and click the link. When you click the link, the page will scroll to the associated answer.
If you do not see your question, or you are more interested in a general topic, you can enter a keyword in the keyword search. Clicking search will highlight the keyword in the text, clicking search again will highlight the next time the word appears, and so on.
