You will need to create a MyAccount to apply for benefits or to access information about your case online.

To set up an account you will need a user name and password. User names and password help keep the information you give us private.

If you do not have an account select “Create a MyAccount” then click the “Next” button.

To close this window and return to ConneCT without saving, click the CANCEL & EXIT button.
