Check the box next to each person in the household who has applied for but does not currently receive other benefits. Other benefits may include: Social Security benefits (including SSI or SSDI), unemployment compensation, pensions, disability payments, VA benefits, or workers compensation. If no one in the household has applied, select “No One.”
